Return & Refund Policy — Tiny Feet Store
30-Day Return Guarantee We stand behind every pair of Tiny Feet. If you're not happy, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
How Does It Work? Send an email to info@tinyfeetstore.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you the return address and further instructions. Items returned without a prior request will not be accepted.
Two Options When Returning Option 1 — Free Exchange: Want a different pair or a different size? We'll send you a new pair free of charge once we've received your return. Return postage is covered by us in this case.
Option 2 — Full Refund: Prefer your money back? No problem. In this case, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. Once we've received and inspected your return, you'll be refunded within 10 working days via your original payment method.
Return Conditions To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original packaging, with all tags attached
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase or order number
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item? Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@tinyfeetstore.com. We'll sort it out — no hassle.
Exceptions The following items cannot be returned under this 30-day policy:
- Items that have clearly been worn or washed
- Items without original packaging or tags
Note: this does not affect your separate statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, described below, which applies regardless of any sale or discount.
Your Statutory Rights (UK) As a consumer in the United Kingdom, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right applies in addition to, and independently of, our own 30-day return guarantee above. The same basic conditions apply: unworn, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Refunds Once we've received and approved your return, you'll automatically be refunded within 10 working days via your original payment method. Taken longer than 15 working days? Get in touch at info@tinyfeetstore.com and we'll look into it for you.
